مشكلة بخصوص ارجوا المساعدة htaccess

يا جماعة انا كل ما اجى احط ملف htaccess فى اى حته فى الموقع او المنتدى يطلعلى الرسالة دى يعنى مثلا لما ركبت هاك الفى بى سيو وحطيت الملف فيه جاب الرسالة دى
